- Board Listserv - All NAIOP Charlotte members can conveniently send and receive NAIOP Charlotte communications via the listserv. You must send the email from the email address we have on file to [email protected]. Please make sure you have that whitelisted and, in your contacts, to minimize spam filters.
- Governing Documents - The Bylaws are HERE
- Chapter Leadership & Legislative Retreat – held annually in Washington, DC. This is a great time to meet with other NAIOP chapter leaders to learn more about how we can improve NAIOP Charlotte programs and activities. Additionally, scheduled visits to Capitol Hill offer a time to meet with our elected officials on key issues important to our industry. NAIOP Charlotte provides basic reimbursement to all board members attending. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION on the program.
- NAIOP NC Conference – held annually in February/March. Before the conference, the NAIOP Charlotte Board meets with the chapter leadership for NAIOP Raleigh Durham and NAIOP Piedmont Triad. The conference is put on with the assistance of all three chapters, with the host chapter rotating. In 2024, the Triad chapter will be the host; in 2025 is Raleigh Durham; and in 2026 is Charlotte. All chapter leaders are responsible for registering and booking their travel. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION about the conference.
- NAIOP NC Day at the Capitol – visiting Raleigh is important to the mission of NAIOP. Annually, a day is scheduled for visits with the state elected officials. Sharing our unique industry perspective provides elected officials with the knowledge to better understand the development industries' interests. In 2024, the Raleigh Durham chapter will be the host; in 2025 is Charlotte; and in 2026 is the Triad chapter.
