The Lunch with a Leader series provides NAIOP Charlotte members an exclusive opportunity to meet and interact with public officials and engage in an open-ended discussion of areas impacting commercial real estate development, our community, and our members.

Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement Director Patrick Granson will provide an update on key enforcement items presently impacting CRE development and give insights into new emerging programs. Discussions around department staffing capacities, the volume of work projected, in addition to several new online programs ready to launch in hopes help the development community.  This will be an open conversation and we welcome questions about items that are impacting your business.
